We are made up of Chi – life force energy. It flows through and around us, through our chakras and meridians. When we are feeling well and energized our Chi is balanced. When there is a disruption in the flow of Chi throughout our body, mind or spirit, this causes an imbalance that can cause illness or dis-ease. Most times our thoughts are the biggest cause of this happening.
Reiki is used to stimulate the flow of energy throughout the body to areas that are in most need of healing. This is where the Rei comes in. At a subconscious level your body knows where it needs healing. Rei energy gets to work finding the most pressing issue to create a healthy flow of energy around the blocked area restoring the Ki (Chi).

LED Light Therapy units utilize light emitting diodes to administer a combination of red, blue, and infrared light to the skin, muscles, joints, and bones. These wavelengths stimulate Circulation and reduce pain. When the units are placed onto the skin, the lights emit photons that are able to stimulate energy production. The wavelengths of red, blue, and infrared light activate the skins photoreceptors . The photons also penetrate surface tissues where they are absorbed by the underlying cells' mitochondria (cell components involved in energy production).Through the use of Light Therapy, Certified Light Therapists can help their clients with the management of pain, stiffness, muscle spasms,and to increase local blood circulation all with the goal of improving the quality of their lives.
